1) Checking the conformity of devices in accordance with the QMS under which the devices are manufactured, prior to device release.
2) Keeping the Technical Documentation and EU declaration of conformity drawn up and up-to-date
3) Ensure that the post-market surveillance obligations are compiled in accordance with Article 10(10)
4) Ensure that Vigilance reporting obligations referred to in Articles 87 to 91 are fulfilled
