- verification of the declaration of conformity (DoC) and technical documentation (TD);
- keeping available a copy of the TD and the DoC at the disposal of
competent authorities (CA);
- forwarding to the manufacturer any request by a CA for samples or access to a device;
- cooperation with the CA on any preventive or corrective action connected with incidents;
- informing the manufacturer about complaints from users about suspected incidents.
