Responsible for ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, including device conformity prior to release, maintenance of technical documentation and the EU declaration of conformity, fulfillment of post-market surveillance and vigilance obligations, and issuance of required statements for investigational devices where applicable.
